Help create engaging, meaningful moments for residents every day. Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant (CNA) to support enriching programs for memory care residents in a warm, resident‑focused community.

What You’ll Do

Lead engaging group and one‑on‑one activities designed for memory care residents
Support residents in experiences that enhance daily life, dignity, and purpose
Encourage social connection through creative and stimulating programming
Assist with activity documentation to support program development and improvement
Partner with nursing and care staff to maintain a fun, safe, and resident‑centered environment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Active CNA certification required
Memory care experience preferred
Compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic about working with older adults
