Help create engaging, meaningful moments for residents every day. Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant (CNA) to support enriching programs for memory care residents in a warm, resident‑focused community.

What You’ll Do
- Lead engaging group and one‑on‑one activities designed for memory care residents
- Support residents in experiences that enhance daily life, dignity, and purpose
- Encourage social connection through creative and stimulating programming
- Assist with activity documentation to support program development and improvement
- Partner with nursing and care staff to maintain a fun, safe, and resident‑centered environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Active CNA certification required
- Memory care experience preferred
- Compassionate, creative, and enthusiastic about working with older adults
