What You'll Do:

Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities while ensuring timely arrivals
Assist residents on and off the bus using appropriate equipment, providing courteous and patient-centered support
Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report any maintenance needs or incidents promptly
Communicate effectively with facility staff regarding schedules, resident needs, and transportation updates
Follow all safety and HIPPA requirements while supporting staff training and participating in community activities; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks

What You'll Need:

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass insurance screening
Relevant transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred
CPR certification preferred
