What You'll Do:
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities while ensuring timely arrivals
- Assist residents on and off the bus using appropriate equipment, providing courteous and patient-centered support
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report any maintenance needs or incidents promptly
- Communicate effectively with facility staff regarding schedules, resident needs, and transportation updates
- Follow all safety and HIPPA requirements while supporting staff training and participating in community activities; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass insurance screening
- Relevant transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred
