What You’ll Do

Lead engaging group and one‑on‑one activities specifically designed for memory care residents, supporting cognitive engagement, dignity, and quality of life
Plan, coordinate, and execute creative programs that encourage social connection, routine, and purposeful daily experiences
Partner closely with nursing and clinical care staff to align activities with resident care plans and ensure a safe, resident‑centered environment
Support residents during activities by providing hands‑on assistance, encouragement, and individualized engagement
Assist with activity documentation and tracking to support program development, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Active CNA certification required
Memory care experience preferred
