Pay: $36–$39/hour (RN) | $27–$31/hour (LPN)

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high‑quality care in our Skilled Nursing community. Key Responsibilities

Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Observe residents for changes in condition and report updates to the care team
Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Demonstrated commitment to resident‑centered care
