Scheduler – Skilled Nursing

What You'll Do:

Manage and coordinate staffing schedules for the Skilled Nursing department to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care
Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff scheduling questions while promoting teamwork, attendance, and a positive unit culture
Maintain active QMA or CNA certification and regularly assist on the floor to support the clinical team as needed
Collaborate with nursing leadership to address call-offs, shift coverage, and staffing needs in real time
Support the team growth, including coordinating interviews, onboarding assistance, and communicating staffing needs to HR/recruiting

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older
At least six months of senior living scheduling experience required
Active CNA and QMA certification
