Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our Skilled Nursing community
Administer medications, treatments, and complete accurate clinical documentation
Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana or multi-state license
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Committed approach to resident care
