How you will make an impact
As Director of Nursing, you'll oversee the nursing department and ensure residents receive high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care. This leadership role includes managing nursing staff, developing care plans, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes. You'll also play a key role in staff development, budgeting, quality assurance, and fostering a culture of excellence and resident-centered care.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift. Occasional holidays and weekends required.
What you will need
- Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program required
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana required
- Long-term care experience required
