What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources management at the facility
- Tasks include onboarding, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Provide leadership with a hands-on approach
- Thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
What you'll Need:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources is required
- Long-Term Care or Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
