How you will make an impact:
The LPN Unit Manager serves as a clinical leader responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit. The LPN/RN Unit Manager supervises nursing assistants and support staff while coordinating comprehensive resident care and treatment plans. The role involves conducting regular health assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing medication administration, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Dayshift with an on-call & weekend rotations required.
What you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana.
- 2 years of supervisory experience required.
- Previous experience in Long Term Care is required.
