- Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being for memory care residents
- Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
- Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
- Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in a continuum care setting, including 1+ year in activities or life enrichment
- Indiana State approved Activity Director training required (completed or willing to complete within a required timeframe after hire)
- NCCAP Activity Director Certification (ADC) preferred
- Ability to maintain certification, including continuing education requirements
