How you will make an impact:
As the Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing general accounting and administrative functions within the Skilled Nursing Facility, including resident billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and employee benefits. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with families, residents, and payors, ensuring accurate documentation of insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, and financial transactions. Additionally, the manager assists with admissions, maintains personnel records, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, and participates in quality assurance initiatives. The position demands attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
What you will need:
- A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- 2-3 years of business office experience in long-term care.
- Experience in Medicaid & Medicare billing.
