- Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care
- Supervise and coach nursing team members while providing hands-on support as needed
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration
- Manage the wound care program, including assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring
- Educate staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
