What You'll Do:

Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
Document medication administration and observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
Assist with daily living activities as needed
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and support the overall healthcare team in delivering quality resident care

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Active QMA certification in Indiana OR willingness to obtain by hire if acquired in Kentucky
At least one-year of related experience is preferred
