What You'll Do:

Provide hair services including cutting, styling, shampooing, coloring, and perms
Consult with residents to understand preferences and styling needs
Maintain a reliable bi-weekly schedule
Assist wheelchair-bound residents to and from the salon
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Indiana or Kentucky Cosmetology License
Personal liability insurance
Prior experience with seniors or in healthcare settings preferred
Must provide own professional equipment and supplies
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Physical ability to stand, bend, and assist residents as needed
