What You'll Do:
- Provide direct care to residents by monitoring their condition, administering medications, and performing necessary tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that enhance the physical, social, and mental well-being of residents
- Ensure that all care is compliant with regulatory standards
- Assist with staff training and participate in quality assurance activities
- Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and medical staff about changes in care
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Indiana
- Minimum one year experience is required
