What You'll Do:
- Provide daily direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
- Document medication administration and observe and report any changes in residents' conditions
- Assist with CNA duties and work closely with nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and support the overall healthcare team in delivering quality resident care
What You'll Need:
- Performing CNA duties are required in this position
- Active QMA certification in Indiana OR willingness to obtain by hire if acquired in Kentucky
- At least one-year of related experience is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
