How You'll Make an Impact

As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility, including:

Support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility
Coordinate nursing services and oversee care plans
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Assist with staff supervision, training, and scheduling
Participate in audits, maintain accurate documentation, and support quality improvement initiatives
Bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care
Manage and mentor a team effectively in this hands-on leadership role requiring flexibility and professionalism

What You'll Need

Nursing degree or completion of a nursing program (required)
Active RN license in the state of Indiana (required)
Effective leadership and computer skills (required)
Minimum of 2 years of management experience in LTC (required)
