What You'll Do:

Acts as a clinical leader for the nursing unit’s daily operations
Supervises nursing assistants and support staff
Coordinates comprehensive care and treatment plans for residents
Performs regular health assessments
Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations
Manages medication administration
Maintains accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

What you will need:

Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role
